Return & Replacement Policy

At Sudisha Farms, we take pride in delivering high-quality, natural, and carefully handled products. Due to the nature of our products, we maintain a strict no-return policy. However, we are committed to ensuring customer satisfaction and will assist you in case of genuine issues.

2. No Return Policy

All products purchased from sudishafarms.com are non-returnable.
Once an order is delivered, it cannot be returned, exchanged, or refunded under normal circumstances.

3. Replacement Policy (Defective or Damaged Products Only)

We offer replacement only in the following cases:

  • Product received is damaged during transit

  • Product received is defective

  • Incorrect product delivered

Conditions for Replacement:

  • The issue must be reported within 24 hours of delivery

  • Clear unboxing video and product images must be provided as proof

  • The product must be unused and in original packaging

5. Replacement Process

  • Once approved, we will initiate a replacement shipment at no additional cost

  • The replacement will be dispatched within 3–7 business days

  • In rare cases where replacement is not possible, we may offer an alternative solution at our discretion

6. Important Notes

  • Claims made after 24 hours of delivery will not be accepted

  • Minor variations in color, texture, or appearance (common in natural/organic products) do not qualify as defects

  • Sudisha Farms reserves the right to deny replacement if proper proof is not provided

8. Shipping Fees

Shipping fees for all orders above a prescribed amount is free for prepaid transactions. If due to technical issues if any payment is taken for shipping on prepaid orders, amount obtained for shipping will be reversed within 3-4 days automatically
